Refund policy
At HydraEar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we have the following return policy:
Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused products only.
- Because this is a personal hygiene product, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. This is for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please email us at support@hydraear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on:
- Used or opened products
- Products without original packaging
- Custom or personalised orders
